Complaints and returns

 

 

  1. Each customer has the right to return the purchased products and make a complaint.
  2. The order is placed in Poland and is subject to Polish regulations. In accordance with the Act of March 2, 2000 year on the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product. The customer has the right to return the goods without giving any reason within 10 days of receipt of the order. The customer is obliged to return the ordered products within 14 days from the date of notification of withdrawal from the contract.
  3. The complaint product should be sent to Beauty Cosmetics Sp. z o.o. street  Przyjaźni 66/10, post code 53-030, street Wrocław, country Poland.
  4. The cost of shipments is covered by the customer.
  5. Returned goods shouldn’t have marks of use by the customer and should be returned in undamaged condition.
  6. Complaints about hidden products and their quality are subject to complaints.
  7. Each complaint is considered individually within 14 days of receiving the products.
  8. In the case of a positive consideration of the complaint, the customer has the right to choose its consideration. The customer receives a refund for the product or replacing of the product with a new one.
  9. Beauty Cosmetics Sp. z o.o. does not take responsibility for delays in delivery resulting from mistakes of Poczta Polska.
  10. The company also reserves that the graphic elements located on the website www.bcosmetics.com, unless otherwise stated, do not form part of products or sets intended for sale.
